These are my favorite Nashville Date ideas, try them and watch them become your favorite too.
Don’t get me wrong I love the frugal and creative date nights at home but these date ideas are great when you want a few hours away with your honey.
1. Climb Nashville
This date is fun, will challenge you both to learn something new and will help build your trust in each other.
They give you belay lessons on the training wall. You and your partner can decide if you want to auto-belay or be each others belay partners.
This date isn’t only for the athletic, although it would definitely help you get to the top of that 60-foot wall.
There are different difficulties to the walls labeled by colors anything from easy to very hard. The easiest walls are definitely doable for beginners and kids alike.
There are locker rooms to change your clothes in and tables available if you want to pack a picnic.
2. Craft Love
This is seriously one of my very favorite date spots. So much that we have a custom sign by our pool and serving tray sitting right beside me at this moment, made from this fun date experience.
It’s a creative DIY experience with hands-on, hammer swinging, adult beverage sipping fun!
When you get there you have already chosen your project online on the craftlove.com website. They have a gallery of over 100+ Projects to choose from!
BYOB – I usually bring my favorite bottle of wine and my husband brings his homemade margaritas in a growler.
Craft Love has all the tools and supplies you need there waiting for you.
They have a stencil ready for any customization you requested.
You can pick your paint and stain colors and they give you detailed instructions on how to assemble, paint, and complete your project.
To set this date up you can go the craftlove.com website to look at the calendar and schedule your date.
You pick your project online by viewing their project gallery. If you want any customization such as your initials or last name you will put a note on your project order.
Cheekwood Botanical Gardens is one of our go-to spots. We love the array of events, gardens, and art pieces!
Cheekwood is a great date day or night to walk around exploring the grounds, taking photos together, drinking, or using some of their really cool kits(marshmallow roasting kits, drink passes, etc.) they give you depending on the season or event.
We always enjoy the outdoor art sculptures, beautiful botanical gardens, and learning about the Cheek family history while visiting their mansion.
4. Zanies Comedy Club
Zanies is a great spot for a date night full of laughter and fun, oh and did I say, laughter?!?
The comedy club is open almost every night of the week with different comedians leading the showcase and a lot of them are world-renowned comedians!
I had a very comical experience at Zanies on a date night that we still talk about years later. All I will say is that I was on the stage doing things that only a hypnotized introvert would do!
I recommend looking at their calendar and booking ahead, there’s limited seating and they sell out quickly.
5. Ghost Tours
Franklin on foot is a really fun and at times spooky date discovering Franklin’s spirited past on the oldest ghost tour in Tennessee.
The Haunted Franklin tour explores the ghosts that linger on the brick-lined streets of Historic Franklin, Tennessee.
You spend an intriguing hour and a half with them while you visit 4-5 locations on your leisurely walk through Franklin.
To schedule your tour go to Franklin on Foot.
Now that you have a list of my favorite date spots in the Nashville area, go out there and enjoy some bonding time.
